Artvocado

Artvocado is our own self styled artist led advocacy/support/resource side. It’s not a new idea and it kinda goes hand in hand with the notion of being an artist run space. We don’t have any funding to support this bit yet but here are some things we endeavour to achieve over the long haul.

1. Workshops and administration support for Independent arts collectives and individual artists and their respective communities in the inner city of Sydney.
2. Development of an artist led administration system and network and promotions database.
3. Provision for rehearsal space for individual and small performance companies
4. Provision for Screen based works and private works in progress screening room
5. Support for local community based film and arts festival.
